With more than 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, and business ownership, Bob brings a unique perspective to the recruiting industry. Having spent decades hiring, leading, and developing technical professionals, he understands firsthand the challenges employers face when searching for top talent.

Lizzy Strebig – Recruiting Manager 

While obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin, Lizzy worked in retail where she gained valuable recruiting, hiring, training and coaching experience. Upon graduation, those experiences continued to grow while working in the financial industry. She enjoyed numerous successes but came to realize her desire to focus her career on recruiting.

 

Lizzy joined Impact Solutions to focus on locating the best available talent for employers and the best available careers for candidates. She is known for her ability to understand the needs of others and locate the right career opportunities and the talent to meet those needs. Her goal is to partner with candidates and employers and she welcomes you to contact her.

Recently, Amanda became a two-time graduate of Grand Canyon University, earning both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

As Recruiting Manager at Impact Solutions, Adrienne Daun specializes in uncovering high-impact technical and professional talent for Wisconsin’s manufacturing and engineering sectors. With a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and client relationship management, she helps growing companies find the right people to drive results.

 

Her experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, supply chain, and professional teams has sharpened her ability to deliver qualified talent quickly—while maintaining a high-touch, personalized candidate experience.

 

Prior to joining Impact Solutions, Adrienne spent over a decade leading recruiting efforts at STS Technical Services and Cielo Talent, supporting national hiring initiatives and developing strategic sourcing plans in fast-paced environments. Known for her adaptability, empathy, and strategic mindset, Adrienne plays a vital role in helping our clients grow through exceptional hiring.
