Thirty years ago, the founder – Bob White, had a vision to start a technology recruiting company that coupled current technology with the old-fashioned hard work of contacting talented people. He continuously reevaluates our search process to effectively meet the needs of candidates and employers alike. He stresses listening, gaining trust and putting others’ needs first while working tirelessly in the best interests of our candidates and employers.

 

Bob Buss is the new owner of Impact Solutions.  We are a longstanding recruiting company dedicated to connecting employers with high-quality, hard-to-find candidates. With over 30 years of extensive industry experience, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge about job market dynamics and emerging employment trends. Under his leadership, Impact Solutions will continue its legacy of delivering exceptional recruiting services while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation. Jana’s career has always been about making a difference. From guiding individuals through life-changing recovery, and empowering people with disabilities to find successes, or providing guidance, support, and care for those in need, she has a proven track record of transforming lives. Lizzy Strebig

Lizzy Strebig – Recruiting Manager 

While obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin, Lizzy worked in retail where she gained valuable recruiting, hiring, training and coaching experience. Upon graduation, those experiences continued to grow while working in the financial industry. She enjoyed numerous successes but came to realize her desire to focus her career on recruiting.

 

Lizzy joined Impact Solutions to focus on locating the best available talent for employers and the best available careers for candidates. She is known for her ability to understand the needs of others and locate the right career opportunities and the talent to meet those needs. Her goal is to partner with candidates and employers and she welcomes you to contact her.

After attending Carroll University, Amanda was drawn to the insurance industry as she has a strong desire to improve the lives of others. She worked tirelessly building enduring relationships and gaining the trust of her clients in delicate personal financial matters. As Amanda’s career progressed, she gained recruiting experience and her passion for recruiting grew.

 

Amanda turned her passion for recruiting into her career when she joined Impact Solutions Inc. Her personable style and consultative approach allows her to form long-term partnerships. Dedication and tenacity drives her success. She enjoys helping make positive changes in people’s lives and looks forward to the opportunity to work with you. She has recently completed her Master’s of Business Management degree.
