Bob White

Bob White – President 

Thirty years ago, Bob White had a vision to start a technology recruiting company that coupled current technology with the old-fashioned hard work of contacting talented people. He continuously reevaluates our search process to effectively meet the needs of candidates and employers alike. He stresses listening, gaining trust and putting others’ needs first while working tirelessly in the best interests of our candidates and employers.

 

Prior to starting Impact Solutions in 1996, Bob had an accomplished track record at retained and contingency based recruiting firms. Prior to his recruiting career, while attending the University of Wisconsin for a Production and Management Science Degree, Bob worked as a CNC Programmer and drafter. After graduation, he continued his education by getting his MBA with a Human Resources emphasis from the University of Wisconsin.

Natalie Ludke

Natalie Ludke – Senior Talent Manager 

Natalie began her career as a Technology Coordinator, which provided her with the background to understand the needs of both our hiring managers and candidates. After a decade of working with technology, she joined Impact Solutions in 1997 to focus on helping technology-oriented people with their careers. With her strong technical understanding, she continues to be a valuable source for industry trends.

 

Natalie works tirelessly in the best interests of our candidates and clients to provide the best Engineering and Information Technology talent. She enjoys helping to make meaningful differences in others’ lives. Her attention to detail and strong organizational talents empower her to provide the best service to clients.

Lizzy Strebig

Lizzy Strebig – Recruiting Manager 

While obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin, Lizzy worked in retail where she gained valuable recruiting, hiring, training and coaching experience. Upon graduation, those experiences continued to grow while working in the financial industry. She enjoyed numerous successes but came to realize her desire to focus her career on recruiting.

 

Lizzy joined Impact Solutions to focus on locating the best available talent for employers and the best available careers for candidates. She is known for her ability to understand the needs of others and locate the right career opportunities and the talent to meet those needs. Her goal is to partner with candidates and employers and she welcomes you to contact her.

Amanda De La Paz

Amanda De La Paz – Recruiting Manager 

After attending Carroll University, Amanda was drawn to the insurance industry as she has a strong desire to improve the lives of others. She worked tirelessly building enduring relationships and gaining the trust of her clients in delicate personal financial matters. As Amanda’s career progressed, she gained recruiting experience and her passion for recruiting grew.

 

Amanda turned her passion for recruiting into her career when she joined Impact Solutions Inc. Her personable style and consultative approach allows her to form long-term partnerships. Dedication and tenacity drives her success. She enjoys helping make positive changes in people’s lives and looks forward to the opportunity to work with you. She has recently completed her Master’s of Business Management degree.
